"Some guy named Spaded, a few years back, thought it would be funny to summon a bunch of dwarf skeles to defend this town. What's even funnier is that he was banned almost immediately afterwards.
What's NOT funny is that these little skeles keep hanging around. There are tons of them! Would you mind taking, say, 10 of them off my hands?"

Advice:
Head to the right and start attacking away on the dwarf skeles nearby. This may take a little time if you're still level 2 or 3 but you'll eventually be able to just take them out. Once finished, return to guardsman phil to turn in the quest.
